tVPN is a network of individuals and organizations who want to progress the debate about the policy, law and regulation of convergent media such as virtual worlds, online games and social network sites. For more about tVPN see our About Page.
We invite individuals and organizations to become part of the conversation through registering as an Associate (individual) or Partner (organizations) of tVPN.
Becoming an Associate or Partner:
- is free
- expresses your support for the work of tVPN
- registers that you are interested in being involved in collaborative projects and events
- provides a log-in to the tVPN site
- registers you for the tVPN newsletter

Sponsors
tVPN is seeking expressions of interest from potential sponsors*. tVPN is not-for-profit and is in the process of registering as a charity in the UK and a 501(c)3 in the US.
On gaining charitable status – UK payers will be able to ‘gift aid’ donations to tVPN allowing us to claim 28% extra on each donation. What’s more higher rate tax payers will be able to reclaim tax relief at 20% of their gross donation.
On confirmation under Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS Code donations will be deductible against US tax, also bequests and gifts will be deductible for Federal estate and gift tax purposes.
Sponsorship at any level is welcome, in addition recognition will be gratefully acknowledged at the following donation levels:

* At this point tVPN has not completed registration nor can we guarantee that we will meet the criteria under UK or US law, hence tVPN cannot receive donations at this time and this does not constitute solicitation for funds nor is it a promise of relief from taxes under any jurisdiction.
